- Carry On Cruising was the last Bruce Montgomery did for
the series, as he was late in getting the scores to Rogers. Peter
Rogers dispensed with Montgomery's services and employed Eric Rogers full
time who was helping Montgomery anyway. He went on to work on a
further 23 films.
- Under the pseudonym Edmund Cripsin he wrote nine book,
and apparently they were very good thrillers. They are The Case of the Gilded Fly,
The Moving Toyshop, Buried for Pleasure, Holy Disorders, Swan Song, The Long
Divorce, Frequent Hearses, Love Lies Bleeding , The Glimpses of the Moon, Beware
of the Trains and Fen Country.
- He wrote the script for Raising The Wind, Produced by
Peter Rogers and directed by Gerald Thomas, it starred many carry Oners.
